My supplier is based in Montreal, Canada. I have chosen them because of their commitment to excellence both in material quality and printing standard. They use ethical production methods that are sustainable and mindful of the environment. Their employees are paid a fair wage, above minimum wage, and all breaks are paid. No unpaid internships so they tick all the boxes for me and I feel good about how all of my products are made.
Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, I cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size.
For any issue regarding an order, I must be contacted with 10 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 15 days for international orders or we may not be able to help resolve the issue.
If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, you will need to contact contact me within 8 hrs of the order being placed.
In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, I reserve the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.
All returns are handled on a case by case basis. I do not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Returns must be received within 30 days.
Production & Shipping.
We work Monday to Friday and are closed on weekends and all Canadian holidays. All production and shipping times are in business days and do not include days that we are closed.
Orders to US customers generally take 2-6 business days once shipped within the USA.
Currently, US and international orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from within the USA.
All orders shipped domestically within the US will have a tracking number that can be tracked with USPS.
Orders for Canadian customers normally ship within 2-8 business days of the order is placed. Shipping to Eastern Provinces takes about 3-4 business days and shipping to Western provinces can take 4-7 business days.
International orders generally take 10-15 business days but may be delayed by the customs of your country
International or wholesale orders may be subject to customs fees or duties of your country. We do not cover these fees so please contact us if you have concerns regarding your order.
International orders will not have a tracking number due to the fact that they are untraceable once they leave the USA.

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and / or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services, but we are always happy to do everything in our power to work with you and the postal system to correct orders.
Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot be liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.
